 HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IN CURRENT SMART FARM DEVELOPMENT

TÓM TẮT
Vietnam is facing increasing pressures of international economic integration, because international integration inevitably requires agricultural businesses must comply with regulations of other countries and international organizations, manufactured products must comply with international competition laws as well as international quality standards, this is the weakness of vietnamese agricutural businesses. From the above issues shows that in order to improve the business capacity and competitiveness of agricultural businesses, one of the important solutions is to strengthen training or retraining of human resources. Agribusiness firms are faced with several challenges like globalization, internationalization of business, the introduction of new technologies, especially the digitalization process, higher competitiveness of foreign agribusiness firms, etc. One of the very important challenges is the effective management of human capital. Although it is one of the most important management activities in each firm, human resource management (HRM) in the agribusiness sector is still unexplored in terms of scientific research and practical implementation.The article describes the main elements of the human resource management system in the context of the development of smart farming. The features of personnel processes in the conditions of transformation of traditional technology of cultivation of agricultural crops to the smart farmingtype are characterized. Attention is paid to the influence of external and internal factors on human resource management.
