Human resources is one of the factors that play a decisive role in the development of the tourism industry. In the context of integration and fierce competition, the factor of human resources is more important. Being aware of that, Vietnam has trained a large and professional human resource for tourism, which has contributed greatly to the development of the tourism industry. However, human resources for tourism of Vietnam have also revealed limitations and weaknesses such as: the quality of training has not met the requirements of integration, the professionalism has not been high, and there is weakness in foreign languages ​​and information technology; Lack of quantity; quality of teaching staff is limited; training structure is not reasonable. The correct assessment of the status of human resource training, finding out the causes and proposing solutions to improve the quality of human resources for tourism to meet the requirements of integration has a profound meaning.
ABSTRACT
