ABSTRACT
In reactor pressure vessel (RPV) materials, the formation of solute clusters, especially anisotropic solute cluster, under high irradiation dose has an important role contributed to microstructure change, but it still has not been clearly understood. This study, we are focusing on the improvement of atom probe tomography image of solute clusters in RPV material after long term operation based on the modification of specimen preparation and post – reconstruction process.
