TÓM TẮT
ABSTRACT
This work explores a novel method for in-situ fabrication of silver nanoparticles in chitosan matrix. UV-vis spectroscopy and XRD analysis were used for characterizing the silver nanoparticles formed. The size of silver nanoparticles was characterized by TEM. Antibacterial tests against Gram-negative and Gram-positve bacterial showed that the silver nanoparticles-chitosan film demonstrated significant effects against both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The results of this research can be used for food packaging, wound dressing, and antibacterial polymer for burn treatment materials
