Early intervention for children with visual impairments is a new area which has attracted the attention of related researchers in Vietnam in general and in Danang City in particular, since it is not only a matter of humanity but also a social responsibility for disabled children, especially visually impaired children aged 0 through 6 years. Improving the teaching and learning quality of deaf children should be synchronously and harmoniously conducted by combining management measures with different technical methods. In this paper, some technical measures aimed to improve the quality of an effective early intervention for visually impaired children aged 0 through 6 years in Nguyen Dinh Chieu Special School in Danang City will be discussed .
