TÓM TẮT
Digital healthcare transformation is a global movement that is benefiting countries by improving healthcare quality, saving time and money, increasing efficiency in medical care and treatment, and synchronizing medical information. Medical technology is still a young industry in Vietnam, but it has great promise. In reality, the use of information technology in hospital administration, operation, medical examination, and treatment is critical, as it helps to make all hospital processes faster, more open, and transparent, enhancing patient satisfaction while minimizing medical staff effort. The current pandemic has also highlighted the need for remote medical inspection and treatment, as well as online consultation. Furthermore, healthcare is progressively shifting toward personalized therapy. To do so, hospitals must collect data from which to evaluate and develop treatment plans tailored to each individual. However, because of the rapid advancement of technology, the volume of new knowledge from scientific study is increasing at a faster rate. Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is a fantastic approach to gaining access to and using massive volumes of information in the medical field. In this study, we research and propose an
ecosystem comprised of AI-based computer-aided diagnostic tools and a teleconference platform as a potential solution for digitalizing the medical examination and treatment process.
