Bài báo trình bày các mục tiêu, phân tích tình hình thực tiễn cũng như thách thức và cơ hội tại Đại học Đà Nẵng để đưa ra các giải pháp cụ thể, thực hiện công tác quản lý nhân sự.Nội dung bài báo phục vụ Hội thảo trao đổi về chiến lược phát triển nguồn nhân lực của Chương trình Hr4asia.
ABSTRACT
This paper presents the human resources development strategy of The University of Danaang (UD) to 2025 and vision to 2035. The development strategy was implemented through a series of rountable meetings, drafting the strategy, receiving feedback to update and issue to put it into practice. The research was underpinned by the review and update of the university strategy based on the legal framework relating to education and training of higher education of Vietnam, the overall development strategy of UD as well as the current context. The paper aims to present the goals, specific targets, good practices, challenges, opportunities and solutions to realize the mission related to HR management. The method of this article is an integrated approach including literature reviews of related documents. In addition, rountable meetings and interview with government organizations, foreign experts in higher education management, UD’s key staff are also conducted.
