TÓM TẮT
Nowadays, in the 4.0 technology revolution, the fusion of cultures among nations worldwide has become effortless in a globalized world, especially concerning cultural products catering to tourism. Therefore, preserving the cultural values of each nation, each urban area has become extremely vital in distinguishing one country and urban area from another, one region from another. It is evident that most wars around the world involve conflicts over cultural values. While preservation aims to preserve a heritage's history in a way that can safely be transmitted to future generations as an identifying genetic characteristic, 'development' aims to profit from the use of the community and its environment. Balancing these two opposing perspectives demands various levels of revival.
