TÓM TẮT
This paper focuses on the frequency control strategy in a wind and diesel generator-based isolated grid in which neither storage equipments like battery, flywheel, pump storage nor controllable loads are installed. A new control scheme is proposed to maintain frequency within the isolated grid. The purpose of this controller is to maximum power output of the wind farm and then to reduce the diesel generator’s fuel consumption as much as possible. This investigation is tested under Matlab/Simmulink environment. Simulation results are analyzed and compared to the conventional one.
ABSTRACT
