ABSTRACT
Currently, online business has become a new business trend with a lot of potential for development. Besides the advantages, online business also exists the risk of negative impacts on society if the law does not effectively control this business model. In this article, the authors assess the current state of Vietnamese law on controlling online business activities. On that basis, the authors propose some recommendations to improve Vietnamese law on controlling online business activities.
