ABSTRACT
The COVID-19, emerged in Wuhan - China, is probably the most terrible pandemic as there is no proved vaccine or treatment for the rapidly spreading disease. Various countries are enforcing measures including lockdown and self-quarantines to slow the transmission of the coronavirus and protect citizens with the pre-existing conditions. Due to self-quarantine situation, mobile shopping is considered to be the most powerful and effective methods of purchasing goods in comparison with other traditional ones. Thus, the research adopts S-0-R model and Flow theory to propose framework and provide early insights into the consumer attitudes and behaviors related to mobile purchasing during the stages of COVID-19 situation in Vietnam. Theoretical implications and suggestions for further research are proposed.
