ABSTRACT
All social activities need management. Management is both the sciences and the art in controlling a social system at macroscopic level to microcosmic level to achieve specific purposes. In this article, as a firt steps, we apply for the theoretical issues and the development of thought about management science into the practical conditions of Physical exercise and Sports activities in a specific unit - University of Education – The University of Da Nang. Through the results of the practical survey, we have also made our views and opinions to propose on some forms of management plan for Physical exercise and Sports activities with the ultimate purpose is continuously improve the quality of Physical education and Sport activities at the University of Education – The University of Da Nang.
