ABstRACts:This paper analyzes and clarifies the basic international labor standards mentioned in theComprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) which Vietnamand other member countries of this agreement have made commitment and enforced to protect thebasic rights of employees. This paper also analyzesthe factors affecting the enforcement oflaws on theprotection of employees'rights according to basic international laborstandards.
