TÓM TẮT
In recent years, banks have been competing by offering many services through different channels such as internet banking, mobile banking, telephone banking, ATM, etc. Meanwhile, human is becoming more and more busy. They do not even have time to do individual tasks. Therefore, it’s necessary to select the most suitable services to introduce to each customer. This will save time as well as increase customer satisfaction and efficiency in developing bank services. The aims of this paper is proposing an architecture for deploying an recommender system based on collaborative filter technique.
ABSTRACT
