Short bio & research interest
Mai T. P. Le is currently a Lecturer with the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications, Danang University of Technology, Vietnam, where she joined since 2011.
From 02/2019 to 01/2020, she was postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Information Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications (DIET), Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, where she obtained my PhD degree in February 2019.
In 2015, she won the PhD fellowship from Sapienza University of Rome, and since then joined the ACTS Lab, led by Professor Maria-Gabriella Di Benedetto. From 2017 to 2019, she was involved in the teaching activities for the course Ultrawide-band Radio Fundamentals at the DIET department, Sapienza University of Rome.
In 2016, she was a Visiting Researcher in Wireless Networks and Decision Systems (WNDS) Group with the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), Singapore under the supervision of Prof. Tony Q. S. Quek.
In 2012, she was a Visiting Researcher with the Arizona State University, Arizona, USA within the Higher Engineering Education Alliance Program.
She received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Telecommunications from Southern Federal University, Russia, in 2009 and 2011, respectively.
Her main research interests include information theory, mathematical theories, and their application in wireless communications. The ongoing research focus is on physical layer techniques for 5G and beyond 5G (B5G) networks (multiple access techniques, massive MIMO, and so on), and THz communications.
