Duc-Kien Ngo was born in Vietnam in 1985. He received the B.S and M.S degrees in electrical engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2008 and 2011, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Tainan, Taiwan, in 2020. 

He is currently a lecturer of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Technology and Education - The University of Danang, Danang City, Vietnam.

His areas of interest include electrical machine design and electromagnetic field analysis.
