Dr Dang Trung Thanh graduated as an Engineer in Information Technology from the University of Science and Technology, The University of Danang. He then achieved an MSc in Web Applications and Services degree from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. He has research interests in data science. His current research focuses on machine learning, sentiment analysis, and financial market prediction. He also completed many research projects on information systems, primarily in web-based and business intelligence applications. He teaches Management Information Systems, Web Design, and Web Programming modules.
