Bio: Received his B.E. (2008) in Electrical Engineering Department at the University of Danang, University of Science and Technology, Vietnam, and M.S. (2012) degrees in Electrical Engineering at Dongguk University, Seoul, South Korea; and Ph.D. degree (2016) in Electrical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy. He was a visiting scholar at the Clemson University, USA (2015), the Arizona State University, USA (2016), the University of Bucharest, Romania (2016 and 2022), Frankfurt Institute for Advanced Studies, Germany (2017), University of Oldenburg, Germany (2017). He has been the main member of various research projects, including a Vietnam-Germany joint research project in renewable energy (2016-2018), financed by Gesellschaft fuer Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ). He also has acted as a leader of numerous Research projects funded by the Vietnamese Government. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, The University of Danang - University of Science and Technology, and member of IEEE Task Force FS-RESG (Fuzzy system in Renewable Energy and Smart Grid). His research interests include Renewable Energy in Power system, Planning and Smart Grid. He has been serving as a reviewer for IEEE, IET, Springer, Wiley, Elsevier, CRC, Sage, Hindawi, MDPI, Frontiers Journals, Review Editor and Guest Editor for some prestigious Journals (Section Smart Grid). He is the author and co-author of articles, books and some book chapters on Renewable Energy in Power system, Planning and Smart Grid.
