Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has been acknowledged as theendowment of oneself to the overall benefit of the organization that person works in (Organ,1988). Involving in OCB, employees are believed to act voluntarily beyond their assignedduties. On this basis, OCB has been accounted to the better outcomes in terms of financial &operational performance and higher job satisfaction. This study investigates the status quo ofOCB as well as examines the differences in levels of OCB with regard to types of ownershipand star ratings in hospitality industry, Danang, Vietnam.The findings indicated that OCB within hotels in Danang, Vietnam were relativelyhumble in many aspects and levels of OCB varied across different types of ownership and starratings. Implications and suggestion were mentioned
