The experimental program, on first grade pupils at Trang Ha Primary School, Tu Son town, Bac Ninh province, lasted for 42 weeks with 30 exercises carefully selected with 7 simple tools. Using in-depth interviews, we find that the program has a significant effect on improving physical fitness and basic motor skills for those pupils. ABSTRACT
