1. Research purpose
Through a 12-week training intervention on the bouncing
quality of the experimental subjects, a more reasonable and effective training
method for the volleyball player's bouncing quality was explored to provide a
reference for the volleyball player's bouncing quality training.
2. Significance
Through
plyometrics training experiments, an effective method for developing the
volleyball player's bouncing quality is revealed, which provides a practical
and theoretical basis for enriching and developing the volleyball player's
bouncing quality.3 Results
3. Methods
The
main research methods used in this paper are literature methods, questionnaire
survey methods, testing methods, mechanobiological measurement methods, and
statistical analysis methods
4. Research results
(1) For
one-foot run with one hand, the results in the group before and after the
experiment show that the new bounce training method and the traditional special
training have a very significant difference (p <0.01); the comparison
between the groups after the experiment shows that the new bounce The quality training
program was significantly better than the control group (p <0.05).
(2) For
the high performance of both hands on both feet, the results in the group
before and after the experiment show that the new bounce training method and
the traditional special training have a significant improvement (p <0.01);
the comparison between the groups after the experiment shows the new bounce
quality The training plan was significantly better than the control group (p
<0.05).
(3) For
the in-situ long jump performance of both feet, before and after the
experiment, the results within the group showed that both the new bounce
training method and the traditional special training had a significant
improvement (p <0.05); the comparison between the groups after the experiment
showed that the new bounce quality training The plan was significantly better
than the control group (p <0.01).
5. Conclusions
(1)
Bounce quality is extremely important in volleyball sports and is the basis of
tactics. Only with good bounce quality can we improve our tactics and achieve
better results.
(2)
Training experiments show that the training methods adopted by the two groups
of samples are effective for the development and improvement of the volleyball
player's bouncing quality, but the performance of the experimental group is
more significant, indicating that the training methods adopted by the
experimental group are more scientific and reasonable.
(3) The
significant improvement in the experimental group results from the combination
of the selection of training methods and project features and the scientific
rationality of training arrangements and load control. Super isometric training
methods are more conducive to the development of bouncing qualities.
