This article attempted to identify the main factors that are affecting the cooperative relationships between enterprises and universities in Central key economic zone of Vietnam in order to predict their future development. Based on the synthesis of various studies on the effects of these factors on the cooperation between enterprises and universities worldwide, with the analysis of actual situations in Central key economic zone of Vietnam, the author builds a solution model on the cooperative relationship between enterprises and universities in order to facilitate the practical study at both parties in Central key economic zone of Vietnam. Therefore, this paper provides a commercial approach, which may be adopted by the university in propagating the collaboration resulting in a win-win situation.
ABSTRACT
