ABSTRACT
The study introduces a non-parametric methodology for measuring customer efficiency and productivity index. It also provides different approaches for solving allocation problem based on firm’s capacity policy. Output-oriented CCR models are employed to measure efficiency and productivity change. The experiment with the hypothetical system is to assess customer behavior in resource allocation. The experimental result indicates that efficiency approach tends to allocate resource via efficiency change rather than technical change, while productivity approach often allocate resource on the best way via technical change instead of efficiency change. The experimental study provides managerial indicators for improving customer efficiency and productivity performance.
