ABSTRACT
This article studies the unique thinking capacity and arguments for mathematical computation and storytelling methods. Then, propose a procedure for applying the storytelling method to the study of Mathematics in order to improve thinking and reasoning skills in Mathematics for 2nd-grade students. In addition, the article also sets out the requirements and process for designing Math stories to bring the most optimal teaching effectiveness through an e-book interface containing interesting Math stories and attractive activities to stimulate students’ interest in learning while encouraging curiosity, thinking ability, and logical reasoning for elementary school students and combined with a system of review questions.
