ABSTRACT
With aiming to produce a microbial product used for treating wastes from quail farms (mainly manure and urine), in the present study, we prepared two microbial formulations containing Bacillus licheniformis TT01, namely Biopro and Biopro1, and evaluated their bioactives that indicate capacity in the waste treatment. The results indicated that density of B. licheniformis TT01 in Biopro was higher 1000 times than that in Biopro1. The synthesis of extracellular enzymes (amylase, protease, cellulase, phytase) of Biopro is higher than that of Biopro1. Also, Biopro showed a higher effectiveness of inhibiting harmfull microorgnaisms than Biopro1. In particular, Biopo is capable of producing a high content of phytase enzyme with inhibition zone diameters of 5,31 ± 0,18 cm. These findings suggest that Biopro may be used for the quail waste treatment.
