ABSTRACT
Development of quail farming, the demand for use probiotics to handle by-products is increasing. In this study, testing to spray 3 types of probiotics (Biopro (containing bacteria Bacillus licheniformis TT01), EM1, Balasa 01) corresponding to 3 experimental lots(experiment 1, experiment 2, experiment 3) for the direct handling of quail livestock by-products in barns. Evaluation results after 2 months of the trial showed: using BioPro the guano’s quail unconsolidated than the control experiment, as well as with the experiment using EM1 and Balasa 01; The density of harmful microorganisms in the guano’s quail reduce when sprayed with Biopro: H2S gas content decreased by 90.24%, NH3 gas content at experiment 1, experiment 2, experiment 3 decreased by 80,37%; 69,16%; 64,95% compare to control experiment.
