TÓM TẮT |
This study aimed to determine the relationship between
entrepreneurial training and intention among Southeast Asian
students who are influenced by Confucianism. The conceptual
model was tested with a sample size of 281 students enrolled in
a business administration program. The most significant findings
from the study were: (i) students’ entrepreneurial intention
increased significantly; (ii) all research factors had a positive
influence on entrepreneurial intention; (iii) students had lower
confidence in their business abilities and capabilities; (iv)
students’ perceptions of peer and family support improved; and
(v) there was no relationship between family characteristics (i.e.
parents’ occupation and students’ place of residence) and
entrepreneurial intention. These results provide a foundation for
developing entrepreneurship training programs that promote
students’ entrepreneurial intention in Southeast Asian countries. |
