TÓM TẮT
International Studies (IS) graduates who accumulate blocks of knowledge about economics, politics, culture…etc can work at many different job positions in the labour units. Professional competencies of International Studies graduates are determined by the corresponding job positions on the basis of self-assessment and evaluation of employers. The assessment of students 'professional competencies after graduation is to determine the level of students' ability to meet the competency criteria required at each job position and to evaluate the correlation between academic results and job performances. Consequently, it become the fundamentals to ascertain the training quality of International Studies with society, adjusting training processs and the quality of training to suit the labour needs.
ABSTRACT
