 Thành phần loài và mật độ của chi Protoperidinium (Dinoflagellate) ở vùng biển Côn Đảo, Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu

Tổng số 32 taxa của chi Protoperidinium đã được ghi nhận trong vùng biển Côn Đảo từ hai đợt khảo sát cách nhau 10 năm (6/2016 và 7/2006). Các loài Protoperidinium phổ biến nhất là P. oceanicum var. tenellum, P. steinii, P. sphaeroides và P. quarioblongum. Các loài phân bố toàn cầu bao gồm: Protoperidinium excentricum, P. depressum, P. conicum, P. leonis, P. quarnerense, P. steinii, P. crassipes, P. divergens, và P. pellucidum. Có sự khác biệt lớn về thành phần loài giữa hai đợt khảo sát (hệ số giống nhau Sorensen = 0,61). Mật độ tế bào chi Protoperidinium luôn cao ở tất cả các trạm trong tháng 7/2006 nhưng lại thấp trong tháng 6/2016 và sự tương quan với nhiệt độ và độ muối không rõ ràng. Tuy nhiên, có sự tương quan nghịch với nồng độ chlorophyll-a (r= -0,03<0,05) ở một số trạm trong tháng 6/2016. a a a
ABSTRACT
A total of 32 taxa of Protoperidinium were recorded in Con Dao from two surveys 10 years apart (June 2016 and July 2006. Protoperidinium oceanicum var. tenellum, P. steinii, P. sphaeroides, and P. quarioblongum were found more frequently than the others. Species that were distributed worldwide included Protoperidinium excentricum, P. depressum, P. conicum, P. leonis, P. quarnerense, P. steinii, P. crassipes; P. divergens, and P. pellucidum were also reported. There was strong positive correlation in species distribution between the two surveys (Sorensen similarity index = 0.61). Protoperidinium showed high cell densities in July 2006 and lower ones in June 2016 at most stations where the correlation between temperature and salinity was not clear. However, it showed negative correlation with chlorophyll-a (r= -0.03<0.05) at some stations in June 2016.
