ABSTRACT
 In this paper, we will prove that a ring R with ACC on right annihilators and it has the left essential socle as a right ideal of R   and R has the essential right socle as a right ideal) is semiprimary. The related results were also obtained in [NY1] but the ring R should be semilocal. We also give some properties about the relations between universally mininjective rings and semisimple  rings and answer partially a conjecture of Faith and Menal: Whether every strongly right Johns ring is QF? Many characterizations of QF-rings,  semisimple rings were obtained.
