This research delves into the influential role of lecturers in shaping students' professional attitudes at the University of Economics - University of Danang. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study combines qualitative and quantitative methods to comprehensively explore this relationship. The findings highlight two pivotal factors, namely professional and impressive, which significantly impact students' professional attitudes. Lecturers who embody professionalism and an impressive demeanor play a crucial role in fostering positive learning environments and nurturing students' overall growth and success. Importantly, the practical implications of these results extend beyond academia, with the study proposing their application in human resource management to enhance the quality of the training process. By leveraging these research insights, educational institutions can cultivate a supportive and enriching learning environment, ultimately leading to improved academic achievement and career development for students.
