TÓM TẮT
Vietnamese female entrepreneurs play a key role in the economic development. This paper provides an overview of gender issues and the challenges of Vietnamese female entrepreneurs in the context of globalization, including personal factors, genders and family-based factors andmarket-based factors. Understanding of the challenges faced by female entrepreneurs can be beneficial to females currently engaged in entrepreneurship and policy makers. This paper can lead to more supportive policies and programmes for Vietnamese female entrepreneurs in International economic integration.
