The purpose of this study is to propose a research model of how social media marketing activitiesaffect brand knowledge brand trust, and willingness to pay for hotel customers in Vietnam. Thisresearch results can be applied in the process of discovering the right social media marketingstrategies to contribute to the long-term development of social media marketing activities forhotels in Vietnam, more specifically in Da Nang. Furthermore, this study strengthens marketingtheory and social media marketing activity theory from an academic perspective and enrichesresearch on consumer responses that hotels can serve as a reference for future research on relatedaspects.
