TÓM TẮT
The goal of Vietnamese education is to actively integrate and improve training quality. Developing a model to assess students’ competency outcomes is one of the bases for adjusting the training program to meet social needs. Students’ outcomes reflect the quality of the school's educational and training process. In the trend of global competition, universities focus on training human resources who are competitive and qualified for the international labor market. Graduates majoring in Oriental Studies are trained with social sciences and humanities knowledge with a focus on Oriental Studies with different minors namely Northeast Asian Studies; Southeast and South Asian Studies, etc. so the assessment of competency outcomes is a premise to affirm thequality of human resources.
