TÓM TẮT
Education plays an important role in the socio-economic development of all countries in the world. It is because research on the activities of education and training is the task of scientists, ensuring that the education of the country is increasingly developed in response to the development trend of society. In which, assessment activities, especially assessing the learning outcomes of learners is an important task of each lecturer. Assessment of learning results is a comparison and comparison of knowledge, skills and attitudes achieved in learners with the expected results identified in the learning objectives, from which appropriate conclusions can be drawn. Assessment of learning outcomes must provide reliable conclusions about student learning outcomes, must help lecturers make appropriate decisions in the teaching process, and promote learning motivation, enhance student responsibility in learning. To achieving this, the assessment must perform its functions, must be based on evidence gathered from a variety of activities. The methods used in the assessment of learning outcomes should be diverse and must be selected and used in accordance with the learning objectives, and adhere to certain principles, must be an integral part of the teaching process study and education. Through assessment of learning outcomes, lecturers can develop their own general competency in teaching activities.
