ABSTRACT
In the context of the long-lasting effects of Covid-19 pandemic on the world, Vietnam is a shiny example of positive economic growth, ensured social welfare, and gradually improved material and spiritual living standards for its citizens. This is a profound evidence for the righteous transition pathway towards a socialist society guided by Ho Chi Minh for the Communist Party and Vietnamese people. Therefore, it is theoretically and practially significant to conduct research into Ho Chi Minh’s ideology with clear-sighted orientations towards a satisfactory society in terms of politics, economics and culture.
