TÓM TẮT
The article deals with the physiological properties of sulfate-reducing bacteria isolated from manure of cattle. The results revealed that the dominant bacteria belonged to the genus Desulfovibrio. Besides, studies on cultural conditions showed that such bacteria got the optimal growth condition at temperature of 30 ± 2 °C and pH 7 ÷ 7,5.
